What You’ll Do:
- Ensure sterilization of surgical instruments and equipment using sterilizers, Sterrad machines, ultrasonic cleaners, and other specialized equipment
- Prepare and process surgical trays and instrument sets according to best practices and facility protocols
- Maintain strict compliance with safety and infection control standards
- Document sterilization procedures accurately and thoroughly
- Assist in troubleshooting and maintaining sterilization equipment
- Collaborate with surgical and healthcare staff to support smooth operations
- Follow all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
What You Need:
- Valid CRCST or CSPDT certification
- At least 3 years of sterile processing experience in a hospital environment
- Knowledge of sterilization equipment including Sterrad, Ultrasonic, and Medisafe systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
