Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality patient care and excel in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. As a Physical Therapist at Advantage Healthcare Systems, you will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine physical therapy needs.
Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical diagnoses.
Therapeutic Intervention: Utilize evidence-based techniques to promote movement, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability.
Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, occupational therapists, chiropractors, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Patient Education: Instruct patients and their families on treatment plans, therapeutic exercises, and home care strategies.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
Compliance: Adhere to all federal, state, and professional regulations and standards.
Professional Development: Participate in continuing education and stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy.
Qualifications
Education: Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Licensure: Current and valid Texas state license as a Physical Therapist.
Experience: New graduates are welcome to apply; experience in outpatient rehabilitation is a plus.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proficient in developing and implementing treatment plans.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Certifications: CPR certification preferred.
