Staff Physician

Compensation: $260,000 – $270,000 per year

Job Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday, Daytime schedule, In-person

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Staff Physicians to join our growing team across multiple outpatient healthcare and wellness clinic locations. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, comprehensive outpatient care to a diverse adult patient population.


• Diagnose and manage acute illnesses, chronic conditions, and general preventative health needs.


• Formulate and implement individualized patient treatment plans focused on long-term health and lifestyle wellness.


• Review and interpret laboratory results, diagnostic imaging, and specialist consultant reports in a timely manner.


• Collaborate closely with clinical staff, advanced practice providers (NPs/PAs), and administrative leadership to ensure seamless continuity of care.


• Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely clinical documentation within the electronic health record system.


• Participate actively in internal clinic quality improvement, care coordination, and patient retention efforts.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree


• Current Board Certification or Board Eligibility in any clinical specialty with broad adult medicine or primary care experience (e.g., Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or similar)


• Active, unrestricted state medical license (or immediate eligibility to obtain)


• Valid, unrestricted DEA registration


• 2+ years of prior outpatient clinical experience is preferred, but not required


• Strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and a patient-centered approach to care
