- Collaborate with an in-house colorectal surgeon
- Strong clinical and administrative support team
- Monday–Friday schedule promoting work-life balance

Compensation & Benefits - Base Salary: $600,000
- Unlimited earning potential (uncapped productivity incentives)
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 – $50,000
- Loan Repayment: Up to $100,000
- Partnership Track: Eligible after just 1 year
