**Position Overview:**
- **Role**: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician
- **Type**: Locum Tenens with potential for Temp to Perm based on mutual satisfaction
- **Start Date**: December 2024 onwards
- **Contract Duration**: 3 to 6 months

**Flexible Scheduling Options:**
- **Option 1**: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- **Option 2**: Tuesday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- **Administrative Time**: 30 minutes daily
- **Lunch Break**: 1 hour (12 PM - 1 PM)
- **Patient Load**: Approximately 23 patients per day
- **OB Care**: Not required
- **Eligibility**: Board eligible/certified
- **Facility**: Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
