The Charge Nurse is accountable for excellence in the clinical practice of nursing and the delivery of patient care; directs and oversees function and activities of the assigned unit; recommends, develops and implements policies, procedures, standards and regulations for personnel, patients, medical staff and the public; and assumes the duties of the Director in his/her absence.

Location: Near Smithton, MO
Type: Full-time and permanent
Shift: 3x12s, Nights
Requirements: College degree; MO RN license; BLS cert; ACLS; at least 1 year prior experience
Pay: $29-$46/hr
