ENT, vascular, general, orthopedics, neurosurgery, gynecological surgery, low-risk obstetrics, urology, minimal healthy pediatric cases

CRNA Compensation - W2 Hospital-Employed

Base Compensation $300k
Signing/Student support $100k (over 1-5 years)
Paid Time Off 368 hours (8 weeks' vacation, 6 traditional holidays)
Dues/CME/Board Certification $4k/yr
Overtime $225/hr
On-Call Rate, additional $ for Nights/ Weekends
403(b) Tax Deferred Annuity (4% match year 2)
Sick Time Accrual 600hrs (FT: 4hrs/pay, PT: 2hrs/pay)
