Job Title: CRNA, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (26 weeks a year) in ND

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team in North Dakota -- 26 weeks a year. As a CRNA, you will play a crucial role in providing anesthesia services to patients undergoing medical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer anesthesia during surgical, diagnostic, therapeutic, and obstetrical procedures
• Monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesia to ensure their well-being
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to create individualized anesthesia care plans
• Maintain accurate anesthesia records and documentation
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Current certification as a CRNA
• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Valid state license to practice as a CRNA in North Dakota (or willing to get)
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
