PT needed in a hospital in Santa Fe, NM.
Shift Times: 0800-1630 8 Hours or 0800- 1830 10 hours (5 days per week or 4 days per week) Weekend Requirements: One weekend day must be included with days.
- Assignment Length: 16 weeks

Licenses/Certifications: CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support), State License-Physical Therapist-New Mexico, NPI NUMBER
Physical Abilities: From 50-100lbs
