Qualifications:
License requirements:  New York License 
Certification requirements:  Board Certification 
 ACLS/BLS certification is required (BLS not required if ACLS is active) 
Job Summary:
Shift times: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (8 hours with 1 hour lunch break)
No Call
Additional details: Average Patient Volume: 5 to 8 patients/day
Procedures Required: Biopsy, Drainage, Tube placement, Line placement, Nephrostomies, Biliary drainages, Arterial angiograms (if possible)
Imaging Modalities: X rays, CT, Ultrasound
Case Mix: 60% IR / 40% DX (some DX is required)
Additional Details: APP Coverage: None
Physician Coverage: Other IR/DX physicians.                  Experience with Phillips angio suites preferred
EMR: Epic
