- Work Dates Needed: 7/27; 7/28; 7/29; 7/30; 7/31; 8/1 and 8/2
- Schedule: 7AM to 7AM; 12 hours onsite/12 hours offsite call, Call Schedule: night call
Worksite Setting: Inpatient only – Acute Rehab Unit
Scope of Work: Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Beds on Unit: 28, Average # Patients per Day: 24-28 ADC; 2 consults per day; average 55 admits and 55 discharges per month
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active CA State License BC, BE,
EMR: Meditech
