Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality patient care while maintaining professional and ethical standards
Collaborate on clinical policies, quality improvement, and patient care initiatives
Support staff oversight, patient education, and workflow improvements
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, QA/QI standards, and regulatory requirements
Utilize EHR systems (NextGen) and participate in a Patient-Centered Medical Home model
Qualifications:

MD/DO from an accredited program
Active California medical license
Board certified or eligible in Pediatrics
Community health experience and leadership interest preferred
