- Additional incentives based on patient volume
- $1,000 stipend per month, for every two providers they oversee
- Relocation reimbursement up to $9,000</li> <li>Benefits:

DETAILS:
- Join our brand new facility starting Q2 of 2026!
- Responsible for both clinical care and leadership within our dental department
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Prior experience working with Medi-Cal patients
- Passion for serving underserved and rural communities
- 3 consecutive days per rotation (12-hour shifts), currently with plans to
- 7 days off every other week based on rotations
- Open to any and all schedule options to fit your career goals
