What You'll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive consultations and examinations for patients with cancer.
- Develop and implement individualized radiation therapy treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with medical oncologists and other specialists to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in both Aria and Meditech electronic health record systems.
Who You Are:
- Board-certified in Radiation Oncology.
- Current and active license to practice medicine in Virginia (VA).
- Strong clinical skills and experience in developing and managing radiation therapy treatment plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Proficient in electronic medical record systems (Aria and Meditech).
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
