We are seeking a dedicated Urologist for a locum tenens position near Black Canyon City, AZ. The position is available ASAP and will be ongoing, offering stability and flexibility for the right candidate.

Work Details:

  • Support staff includes 1 PA and assigned medical assistants (MAs)

  • Doctor will conduct phone interviews as part of the hiring process

  • Approximately 20 patients per day in the clinic
  
  
  • 10-15 procedures per week
  
  
  • 3-4 surgeries per day in the operating room (OR)
  
  
  
  


• Procedures:
  
  
  
  • General urology procedures, including in-clinic vasectomy and infant circumcision (outpatient, not required)
  
  
  • No robotics required
  
  
  • Disposable flexible stethoscopes are used in the clinic

Requirements:

• Board Certification: Urology (BC or BE)


• Licensure: Active Arizona license required; Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) accepted

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in urology
