Patient Load:

Average Outpatient (Clinic/Office) Per Day: 10-15 patients

Average Inpatient (Call/Rounding) Per Day: 0 patients

Required Procedures:

Conventional Radiotherapy

3D Radiotherapy

External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT

External Beam Radiation - IGRT

External Beam Radiation - IMRT

Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS)

Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)

Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy

Required Duties:

Orders Tests and Images: Ensure all necessary tests and imaging are ordered for patient care

Prescribing: Manage prescriptions relevant to radiation oncology treatments

Documentation and Systems:

EMR Systems: Aria & Epic

Certification and Licensing:

Certification Requirements: BLS, Board Certified, or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology

State License Requirements: Active Michigan license required
