Locum Tenens: Emergency Medicine NP/PA Needed (Near Nisswa, MN) (ASAP - Ongoing)

Are you a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) seeking a rewarding locum tenens opportunity in a fast-paced Emergency Medicine setting near Nisswa, MN? We're actively searching for a skilled clinician to join our team and provide exceptional care to patients experiencing a variety of medical emergencies (Job ID: j-229517).

What We Offer:

• Dynamic Emergency Medicine Environment: Contribute your expertise to a Level IV Trauma Center receiving approximately 11,000 annual visits. You'll work within a diverse healthcare team across 13 patient care areas, including 2 dedicated trauma beds.


• Flexible Locum Tenens Schedule: Enjoy a flexible schedule with 8-hour shifts (11:00 AM - 7:00 PM) that can be tailored to your availability (dates currently needed: July 6th, 7th, 19th, and 26th). Weekend coverage is also part of the schedule. There are no on-call requirements.


• Focus on Patient Care: Utilize your skills to assess, diagnose, and treat patients experiencing acute medical conditions, injuries, and sudden illness. Your focus will be on providing high-quality, compassionate care during a critical time.

Qualifications:

• Active license as a Nurse Practitioner (AANP) or Physician Assistant (NCCPA) in the state of Minnesota is required.


• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.


• Experience in Emergency Medicine or a related specialty is highly preferred.


• Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of emergency conditions.


• Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities are essential.
