Requirements:

• Board Certification: BC


• State License Required: SC


• Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS


• Minimum Experience Required: 2 years of experience practicing medicine


• Clean Malpractice History


• Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days WITH SC License; without SC license minimum of 120 days


• SC License Preferred
