Practice Details:

Coverage Schedule: 7 on, 7 off starting May 27th, consistent schedule for 3-4 months

Shift Length: 12-hour day shifts only

Night Coverage: Via telemedicine service

Average Patient Encounters: 20-25 per day (includes admits)

Average Admissions: 5-6 per day

Procedures: Intubations managed by CRNAs on-call 24/7, Lines managed by PICC team on-call 24/7 for CVCs; IR available on Tuesday and Thursday, Codes managed by ED with Hospitalist support (when on-site)

EMR: Meditech

ICU Details:

ICU Beds: 8-bed open ICU

Tele-Pulmonary Service: Available 24/7 via video visits

Requirements:

Board Certification: Eligible

Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS

License Requirement: Licensed in OK only

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 30-60 in clean file
