Job Details:
Start Date: July 2nd for med staff orientation.
Contract Length: December 31 (do not work holidays).
Shift Details: Able to work 5-8’s, 4’40,s 3 12’s 7a-3p, 7a-5p, 7a-7p. No call shifts. Willing to work weekends but not weekends only. Will take someone who can work only 2-3 weeks a month each month.
Schedule: Once credentialed will get the schedule from the site depending on what confirmed for and when they go to Med staff orientation.
Work Details:
Amount of Coverage Needed: 40 hours per week (2 full-time positions due to one leaving and several pregnancies).
Patient Population/Age: All ages, inpatient, and outpatient.
Department Description: Three separate hospitals within 5 minutes of each other. Various types of surgery including general, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, peds, neuro, cardiac, endoscopy center.
EMR: Cerner.
Practice Setting: Ambulatory Surgery Center, Hospital.
Requirements:
Board Certification: WV.
License Required: Yes.
Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, and PALS.
Minimum Experience Required: 2 years.
