• Board Certification: Board certification is preferred, and candidates must be eligible for board certification.

• Credentialing Timeframe: Anticipate a credentialing timeframe of approximately 60 days.

Additional Details:

• Clinic Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
