• Schedule: You'll work Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population.


• Patient Load: Expect to see a minimum of 18 patients per day, including both pediatric and adult cases.


• Chart Closure: Chart closure within 72 hours is required to ensure accurate and timely documentation.


• Decision Timeframe: A decision on candidate selection is typically made within 7-14 days.


• Experience Requirement: Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar outpatient setting.


• Credentialing: The credentialing process takes 30-60 days, with timely submission of application/documents crucial for expedited processing.


• Immunization Requirements: Immunizations required for credentialing include the 2022-2023 flu vaccine, TB status/X-ray results, MMR titer or complete immunization series, Hep B titer or complete immunization series, Varicella zoster titer or complete immunization series, and Tdap immunization within the last 10 years.
