• Locations: Hospital Outpatient Department, Cancer Center, & Radiation Oncology


• EMR System: EPIC and Mosaiq documentation systems


• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: ~90 days

Submission Requirements:

To ensure a seamless fit for this crucial role, interested candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Board Certified: REQUIRED


• Active OH License & DEA: HIGHLY Preferred (Willing to consider IMLC)


• BLS Certification: REQUIRED


• Flu Vaccine: REQUIRED at the time of credentialing


• COVID Vaccine: Preferred


• Preference to candidates available for ALL listed dates

Required Procedures:

• Conventional Radiotherapy


• 3D Radiotherapy


• Photon Beam Radiation Therapy


• Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)


• External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT


• External Beam Radiation - IGRT


• External Beam Radiation - IMRT

Certification Requirements:

• BLS


• Board Certified

State License Requirements:
