Other RadOncs: Present during coverage

APP: 1 during coverage

Patient Coverage: Outpatient

Average Patients Per Day: 20-30 on treatment

Patient Population: Adult

EMR: Epic

Required Procedures/Duties:

Conventional Radiotherapy

External Beam Radiation - IMRT

Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)

Submission Requirements:

To expedite the credentialing process, the following documents must be available at the time of acceptance:

Board Certification: Required

Ohio State License: Preferred; providers willing to obtain a license are accepted

BLS/ACLS Certification: Required

Availability: Full-time availability only

Flu Vaccine: Required at the time of credentialing

COVID Vaccine: Preferred
