Work Schedule:

Clinic Hours: 8 am - 5 pm

Call Coverage: 5 pm - 7 am (provider on call while working in the clinic)

Case Log Requirement:

At least 80 deliveries (including at least 5 C-sections) in the past 12 months

Performance of at least 40 gynecological surgical procedures in the past 12 months
