- 50 average inpatient census with 10 day and 5 night admissions
- 10 surgical cases per month
- Required procedures: cesarean delivery, D&C, laparoscopy
- Code team response and ER backup coverage required
- Urgent and emergent gynecologic cases
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
