- Experience: Minimum 2 years of RN experience, previous travel experience preferred, EPIC experience required

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a new, specialized palliative care unit focusing on symptom management for serious illnesses.
- Manage complex symptoms such as uncontrolled pain, nausea, fatigue, and other comfort measures.
- Float within medical-surgical and other lower-to-same acuity units until the new unit opens, gaining diverse patient care experience.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document patient information accurately in EPIC EMR systems.
- Support patients and families with compassionate, patient-centered care.
What You Need
Required:
- Ohio RN license
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years RN experience in med-surg or related fields
- EPIC EMR experience
- Ability to float within diverse units of similar or lower acuity
Preferred:
- Previous travel experience in acute care settings
About the Assignment
Work in a brand-new palliative care unit opening on 07/08/2026 at a top Ohio healthcare facility. This role offers valuable experience in symptom management and end-of-life care, with exposure to a variety of patient populations across medical-surgical units until the new unit is fully operational. The successful candidate will be integral to providing relief and comfort to patients facing serious illnesses.
