You will use a combination of therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training to help patients reach their goals.
Your day will include conducting thorough assessments, setting measurable goals, delivering one-on-one and supervised treatments, and educating patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies. You will collaborate closely with other therapists, support staff, and referring providers to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. The caseload will reflect a mix of active adults, student athletes, and general orthopedic patients, offering exposure to a broad spectrum of diagnoses and functional levels.
Patient volume and scheduling are designed to balance productivity with quality, allowing you to provide attentive, individualized care while maintaining efficiency. You can expect a steady flow of patients throughout the day, with typical outpatient hours that support a consistent and predictable workweek. Exact shifts and schedules may vary based on clinic hours and patient demand, but are structured to support both patient access and clinician work-life balance.
