This Physical Therapist position is based in Flowery Branch, Georgia, a vibrant lakeside community known for its welcoming small-town character and convenient access to major attractions. A typical day may involve managing a caseload of scheduled outpatient visits, documenting thoroughly in the electronic medical record, coordinating care with physicians and other providers, and communicating progress and goals clearly to patients and their families. Patient volumes and scheduling are designed to support high-quality, individualized care, with an emphasis on continuity of treatment and measurable outcomes.
