Travel PT Long Term Care jobs in Pensacola, Florida let you work with medically complex patients in a long term care setting. You will perform comprehensive evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to maximize mobility and support discharge goals. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and educating patients and families on safe mobility and rehabilitation techniques. You need an active Florida PT license and at least one year of inpatient rehab experience. Strong clinical skills and teamwork are recommended.
