Travel Respiratory Therapist jobs in Aurora, CO let you provide specialized care for pediatric patients with respiratory disorders. You will assist with diagnosing and treating lung and breathing conditions, manage respiratory equipment, and educate families about care plans. This role requires current CO license, NBRC, BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP Certifications.

Required Qualifications
Registered Respiratory Therapist, PICU
Experience: 3 years
Travel Experience: 1 assignment in Registered Respiratory Therapist
RT-CO
Certifications: RRT-National Board for Respiratory Care(Copy needed); PALS-AHA(Copy needed); NRP-AHA(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed); ACLS-AHA(Copy needed)
AND
Registered Respiratory Therapist, NICU
Experience: 3 years
Travel Experience: 1 assignment in Registered Respiratory Therapist
Licenses: RT-CO
Holidays: Must be able to work Labor Day
Weekends: 13 weekend shifts out of 26 weekends (includes both Saturday & Sunday)
Float: Anschutz & Network of Care Locations (South or North)
No Time Off Allowed: Blackout Dates: 8/1-8/10, 8/28-9/5, 10/8-10/17, 10/29-11/2 & first 2 weeks of assignment; no more than 10 days off during contract
SSN Required
DOB Required
References: 1 Reference in entire work history

Travel Experience: Must have prior travel assignment experience
Education: Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Cardiopulmonary
REQUIRED CLINICAL EXPERIENCE - THIS MUST BE CLEARLY INDICATED IN WORK HISTORY FOR SUBMISSION:
•  Minimum 3 years Pediatric ICU
•  Minimum 3 years Neonatal ICU (Level 3 or 4)
•  Minimum 1 years Pediatric ED
•  Minimum 1 years Pediatric Level 1 Trauma
•  Minimum 5 years of RRT experience



Preferred Qualifications
•  Minimum 4 years Pediatric ICU
•  Minimum 4 years Neonatal ICU
