Travel Skilled Nursing Facility Nurse jobs in Hamlet, NC offer a 13-week contract with 8-hour day shifts. In this role, you provide specialized long-term care, administer medications, initiate tube feedings, monitor vital signs, record changes in patient symptoms or behavior, collaborate with physicians and specialists, and educate patients and families about ongoing care.
To qualify, you should have at least 1 year of recent experience in skilled nursing, hold a current nursing license, and be adaptable to new environments and electronic health record systems. Flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently are important for success in this role.
