Occupational Therapist (OTR) – Inpatient Rehab & Acute CareCentral Kansas
Position Highlights:Work-Life Balance: Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00am–5:00pm with limited rotating weekend coverage approximately once every 8–10 weeks and rotating holiday schedule. Desirable Practice Setting, Ideal Work Environment: Join a collaborative rehab team within a 180+ bed accredited hospital featuring an 11-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit. Providers treat a diverse patient population across ICU, acute care, orthopedic, stroke, and inpatient rehab settings. Ideal Work Environment: Work alongside an interdisciplinary therapy team including OT, PT, SLP, and experienced COTAs in a supportive, patient-centered environment with rehab gym space and private treatment rooms. Favorable Call Schedule: Minimal rotating weekend and holiday call responsibilities designed to support provider balance and team collaboration. Compensation & Benefits:Competitive Compensation, Competitive Salary, Compensation, Financial Package: Competitive hourly compensation ranging from $36–$54/hour DOE. Qualifications:Degree: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible Occupational Therapist. Licensure: Eligible for or currently holding Kansas Occupational Therapy licensure. Skillset: Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, team-oriented approach, and ability to supervise and delegate treatment plans to COTAs. Experience: Open to both experienced Occupational Therapists and new graduates. Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship availability to be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
