Description
Cardiology- Louisiana
Seeking 1-2 providers for ongoing coverage for 1-2 weeks/month
- Work Dates Needed: Estimated Start Date: - 09/01/2026-Ongoing
- Preferred Schedule: 12 hour day shifts + night call
- Worksite Setting: Inpatient
- Scope of Work: High-acuity Advanced Heart Failure/Cardiac cases: (Pre-transplant, LVAD, Post-transplant, complex cardiac population)
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active LA State License or IMLC, ACLS. NO pending malpractice cases.
- EMR: Epic
Support Structure:
- Work alongside 5 APPs
- Strong team-based environment
Call Responsibilities:
- Primarily calls from fellows
- Occasional transfer center call for physician-to-physician transfers
- Must be comfortable accepting admissions remotely
