This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity: · Schedule: Coverage Dates Needed: 6/5, 6/6, 6/13, 6/20, 6/27 - Friday, 8:00?am–5:00?pm, Saturdays 8:00?am–2:00?pm · Setting: Clinic · Procedures/Cases: Family Dentistry – mostly kids. Procedures needed: prophies, extractions, x-rays filings, pulpotomies, sealants, crowns, periodontics treatment, exams/hygiene checks · Credentialing Timeframe: ~1-2 days · Requirements: Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) and use of Dentrix Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
