Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: 12-hour day shifts with night call responsibilities, 1-2 weeks per month coverage
• Job Setting: Hospital, Level 2 Trauma Center, 30-bed department
• Types of Cases: Pre-transplant, LVAD, post-transplant, and other high-acuity cases. Providers will work alongside a team of five APPs. Night call responsibilities primarily involve handling calls from fellows and, occasionally, the transfer center regarding physician-to-physician patient transfers. 20 patient encounters per shift.
• Credentialing: Estimated 90 days. Willing to give temp privileges if someone can start prior to September. Temps will take 30-45 days. Clean background required for temp privileges. No pending cases for full privileges.

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required
• Certifications: ACLS
• Licensure: 3 years Fellowship required
