We are seeking a Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician for a 96-day assignment starting Aug 3, 2026, in Ohio. The role involves 1–2 weeks of coverage per month, shared night and weekend call, and outpatient clinic responsibilities focused on fetal anomaly-focused care and ultrasound interpretation. This position also includes participation in scheduled C-sections, fetal interventions, and post-operative inpatient care.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide 1–2 weeks of coverage per month.
• Participate in shared night and weekend call, approximately one weekend per month.
• Conduct outpatient clinic coverage 2–3 days per week when on-site, from 7:30 AM–5:00 PM.
• Manage a lower patient volume, typically fewer than 10 patients per day.
• Focus primarily on fetal anomaly-focused care, not a traditional MFM practice.
• Interpret dating and detailed anatomy ultrasound scans.
• Perform scheduled C-sections.
• Be available for unscheduled labor contingency coverage for 1–2 weeks surrounding cases.
• Participate in fetal interventions and fetal surgeries, requiring a scrub-in.
• Provide post-operative inpatient care for fetal surgery and C-section patients, typically 1 night of observation, occasionally 2 nights.
• Handle low inpatient volume, limited to post-procedural care only.

• Required Board Certifications: Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
• EMR System: Epic.
• Case types include: Scheduled C-sections, fetal interventions/surgeries (requiring scrubbing), postsurgical inpatient care, dating scans, anatomy scans, and fetal diagnosis and prenatal imaging interpretation.
• Typical shift hours: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM for clinic, with 7:00 AM–7:00 AM for call.
