- Work Dates Needed: July 8th - ongoing
- Preferred Schedule: M, T, TH, F 9a-5p Wed 1p-5p
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient/Inpatient
- Scope of Work: Avg 25 patients per clinic day, approx. 7 deliveries a week
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC, Active UT license; Active UT DEA
