Travel RN - Emergency Room – Night Shift – City, State

  • Duration: 13 weeks (possible extension)

  • Shift: Nights, 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (12-hour shift)

  • Hours per week: 36 hours / week

  • Employment Type: Travel/Contract

  • Licensure: RN license in TX or Compact state, BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications

  • Experience: 1+ year in ER nursing preferred





Pay & Benefits:


  • Pay package: $50.25/hour + shift differentials (if applicable)

What You’ll Do:


  • Provide high-quality emergency nursing care independently and as part of a team

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop care plans for ER patients

  • Administer medications and treatments per hospital protocol

  • Monitor patient responses and document care accurately

  • Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

  • Manage complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of diverse patient populations

  • Support unit operations through effective delegation and communication





What You Need:


  • Current RN license in TX or a compact state

  • Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications

  • Minimum 1 year of ER nursing experience preferred

  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

  • Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment
