• All Call Coverage
• Coverage Needed:
o March 17-23, 2024
o April 14-19, 2024
o August 25-September 4, 2024
• Providers in practice: 3 MD’s, 1 NP
• Critical Access Hospital
• 3 ORs, +Cysto, + Endoscopy Suite (in current facility)
• New facility operating in September 2024 will include 5 OR’s and 2 Endoscopy suites
• Licenses and Certifications: Oregon medical license, DEA, BLS, ACLS
