Pay & Benefits
- Salary: $250,000 – $290,000 per year depending on experience
- Sign-on bonus: Offered based on commitment
- Additional incentives: Potential yearly incentive bonuses
- CME & PTO: $3,500 annually + 291–331 hours PTO depending on experience

What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement anesthesia care plans for neonatal and pediatric patients in a busy Level 1 Trauma Center
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists and medical staff to deliver safe anesthesia care during surgical procedures
- Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed during surgeries
- Provide anesthesia for a variety of surgical cases, averaging 1–15 cases daily
- Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after anesthesia administration
- Contribute to a multidisciplinary team dedicated to pediatric patient health and safety
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all clinical standards and policies
What You Need
- Current Ohio RN license and NBCRNA-certified CRNA credentials
- Graduation from an accredited AANA-approved nurse anesthesia program
- PALS certification (strongly preferred)
- 1+ years of neonatal/pediatric anesthesia experience (preferred) but new graduates considered
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Manual dexterity, physical and emotional stamina
