What You’ll Do
- Provide quality patient care in a fast-paced, hospital setting
- Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing patient evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and point-of-care testing
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and bedside staff
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to standards of care
- Promote a positive, professional, and respectful environment
What You Need
Required:
- Valid RN license in New Mexico or a Compact State
- BLS and ACLS certifications via AHA
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience
- Proficiency in EPIC EMR system
- Ability to work night shifts and follow unit protocols
Preferred:
- Additional certifications based on unit
- Experience in float or diverse clinical environments
