Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)

Pay Rate: $2543.00 - $2621.00
PT- Rehab needed asap
Performs a comprehensive Physical Therapy assessment of patients referred for service including but not limited to physiological, psychosocial, environmental factors and health history.
Bachelor of Science Degree or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an institution accredited by the Counsel on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Current PT license in Mass. with one (1) year clinical experience and CPR certification required.
• Computer skills preferred.

Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
