Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)

Pay Rate: $2342.00 - $2413.00
In need of a NH Licensed Physical Therapist for outpatient setting. You will evaluate and perform physical therapy treatments on patients with injuries, disabilities and diseases according to prescription of a physician. Maintain appropriate documentation for patient charts and third-party reimbursement agencies and perform other record-keeping activity as required.
