- Licenses: Licensed in CA
- DEA: Active DEA needed before starting
- Certifications: BLS
Duties & Responsibilities - Provide general dentistry services to a mixed patient panel of 50% adults and 50% pediatric patients
- Manage a daily patient volume of 16-18 patients per day
- Complete chart closure within 72 hours of patient visit
- Commit to a minimum 3-month assignment with the option to extend
- Maintain compliance with all required immunizations and credentialing documentation
