A healthcare system in Washington is seeking Board-Certified OB/GYN physicians to provide ongoing 24-hour in-house call coverage. This opportunity offers a flexible schedule with consistent monthly coverage needs and the ability to accommodate provider availability.

Compensation:

Orientation     $175/hr
Hourly     $350/hr
Holiday     $525/hr
On Call (Daily)     $3,040 per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis
24 Hour Holiday Call     $4,560 per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis
Call Back     $350/hr
Holiday Call Back     $530/hr

Assignment Details

Location: Washington State
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Duration: 6–9 months

Schedule
24-hour in-house call shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM)
Approximately 3 shifts per week
Coverage need of approximately 2 weeks per month
Flexible scheduling based on provider availability
Private call room provided on Labor & Delivery
Practice Setting

Average patient volume: 2–5 patients per day

Labor and Delivery management
Vaginal deliveries
Cesarean sections
OB triage after RN assessment
Emergency Department OB/GYN consults
Gynecologic surgical procedures as needed
Support and collaboration with Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) and Family Practice OB physicians
Emergency gynecologic coverage
