Description
- Work Dates Needed: As soon as credentialing is complete
- Preferred Schedule: 3 days a week (open) to 5 days a week. 8-5/no call/no weekends/Holidays are off
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient/vascular center-not hospital affiliated
- Scope of Work: Required: peripheral arteries, PAD, GAE/UFE’s. Number of procedures: Typical volume/case mix. 4-8 procedures a day
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: ABR, DEA, MS license or IMLC, Fellowship trained
- EMR: InteleRad/Powerscribe-eclinical works. Moving to Omni.
