What You’ll Do
- Provide direct patient care for Med Surg patients.
- Monitor patients and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established standards.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support safe, effective outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care.
- Follow unit protocols for infection prevention, safety, and quality care.
- Participate in required orientation (includes an 8-hour non-billable orientation).
What You Need
Required
