- Assess patients and help develop individualized nursing care plans
- Provide and evaluate ongoing patient care during the assigned shift
- Support clinical leadership for the patient care team on shift
- Coordinate with the broader care team to ensure timely, safe care in the ER setting
- Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and communicate patient status to the team
What You Need
