What You’ll Do
- Provide critical care nursing for Neuro/Stroke patients, vascular surgery patients, and other complex ICU populations
- Monitor and manage unstable patients, including dysrhythmia interpretation and management
- Support advanced therapies such as continuous IV sedation and ICP monitoring
- Manage ventilator patients and participate in care for spinal drains/bolts and ICP monitoring
- Coordinate and deliver care involving CRRT management (when applicable)
- Maintain safe, high-quality care while meeting ICU staffing needs (including float coverage across ICU units)
What You Need
Required
- RN License (state requirements not provided)
- 2 years ICU/Neuro experience
- Epic experience
- Certifications: ACLS, NIH, CPI, BLS
- Ability to work weekends (every other)
